With over 27 years of extensive and diverse legal experience, she has established an exceptional practice encompassing constitutional law, civil and criminal litigation, banking and financial disputes, company law, arbitration, service law, commercial litigation, property disputes, family law, and public interest litigation.

Raised in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, she completed her graduation before pursuing her LL.B. and Diploma in Labour Law from MDS University, Rajasthan. Her leadership qualities became evident long before she entered the legal profession. As an active member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), she contested the student union elections and created history by becoming the first woman President of her college in Bhilwara—a landmark achievement that challenged traditional barriers and reflected her courage to lead from the front.

After being enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in May 1999, she embarked on a legal career founded on integrity, strategic thinking, and fearless advocacy. Over the past 27+ years, she has represented clients in some of the most challenging legal disputes before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Constitutional Courts, Tribunals, Regulatory Authorities, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums across the country. Her practice spans constitutional law, corporate and commercial disputes, banking and finance, arbitration, civil and criminal litigation, regulatory matters, and public law, where she is known for combining legal precision with practical, solution-oriented strategy.

She became the driving force behind a pioneering legal initiative by filing the first petition seeking 33% reservation for women advocates in Bar Associations and Bar Councils across India, along with reservation in leadership positions. This landmark initiative helped strengthen the movement for greater representation of women in the governance of the legal profession and contributed to the growing presence of women in elected positions across Bar Associations and Bar Councils nationwide.
